JR’s Shadowfax is our second offspring from Justice Rules and it is his second son! He is a B-Book l registered gelding. His sire passed on his long straight legs and sloping shoulder. Elegant ground covering stride will certainly be his trademark. His mother, Julia v.L. passed along her superb upright Friesian front end and he has a long elegant neck which both sire and dam exhibit.

His disposition is a combination of his mother, Julia v.L.’s self assured temperament with the sweet heart, intelligence and willingness to go of his sire.

His name is derived from his sires’ initials and the fabled horse in the Lord of the Rings. In the novel “The Lord of the Rings” , Shadowfax would have no harness or saddle, but assumed the responsibility for keeping his rider on his back. He willingly and courageously carried the wizard into battle. These are the traits our Shadowfax exhibits even at this early age!

With his sire being close to 17h and his mother being over 16h, he is sure to be a very large horse. Let him carry you to your next 1st place ribbon!

“Grietsje TFFF”, (the name means little girl or pearl, and she is certainly a “gem”.

She is by the stallion Fridse 423 Sport and out of our mare Wilhelmina fan Nicomen Ster who is by Tsjerk 328 Sport + Preferent.

With her first foal Wilhelmina produced a Keured Stallion “Justice Rules” by Remmelt 323 (see our home page) and her second foal was a Ster mare “Magie” by Wander 352 (see the bottom of this page).

Grietsje is her 3rd foal and is by Fridse 423. We think that she will follow her siblings to a future filled with predicates.Fridse 423 imprints his offspring with breed type, height, movement, and showiness. Fridse is known in Holland for passing along his fine Friesian qualities and the results are remarkable! He has a height score of 109, the highest among all U.S. FPS stallions and tied with only one current FPS stallion worldwide for Racial Type, Structure, Legwork,Walk and Trot that together average an impressive 104.6!

In fact, at 58.6% Fridse holds the top score of all U.S. FPS stallions for offspring achieving Ster status, and only two current FPS stallions in the world have second higher: Doaitsen 420 at 64.8% and Beart 411 at 59.4 %.

Wilhelmina shares her Noble head with all of her offspring and every one of them has a willing disposition with lots of GO!!

Erika is a filly by Lolke 371 Sport.(He has an approved son and many Star and Champion daughters.) and out of Vijmkje our Ster mare who is sired by Rypke 321. She is from Stam line 15, the same as Lolke 371. In addition to Lolke 371, that mare line has produced 5 approvd breeding stallions. Ygram 240, Meindert 263, Gaije, 295, Adel 357, and Tsjalke 397.

Vijmkje gave birth a little too early. As a result Erika, (the name means ever powerful, part of the personality she exhibited at birth) needed a miracle that came in the form of the veterinary team at Kansas State University. They worked with the speed and expertise necessary and after 11 days had saved Erika so she could grow into a stunning Friesian mare.

The result of his first breeding in the USA, she is one of the few Lolke 371 offspring born in the USA! This is a wonderful, rare, and limited opportunity to own one of the first Lolke 371 Sport fillies to be born on US soil.

With a score of 8.6 Erika earned herself a 1st Premium as well as the title of Grand Champion Filly of North America!

The judge was Judith Warner, a very experienced and knowledgeable USEF Friesian judge. In addition to being the only licensed American Friesian judge who has been to judging sessions in the Netherlands being educated in the center ring at 3 of their Keurings, she also judged the FHANA 2007 World Extravaganza in Springfield, OH. Regarding Erika Mrs. Warner wrote: “Erika put on a grand show for us trotting with balance and enormous extension across the field! “

What better endorsement could a 6 month old Dressage prospect get!!

Falke is already exhibiting the size and grace of his sire. He is as tall as our filly Erika and she is 2 months older. He has tremendous suspension, an animated trot that covers ground, and while he’s moving, you can’t even hear his feet hit the ground!

Falke also received a 1st Premium at the 2009 Inspection!
His score of 8.5 earned him the title of Reserve Champion Colt of North America!
Very nice for only being 3 months old!!
